this hotel must be kidding, i was shocked to find black mold in the bathroom, my room had no windows, seriously, what are these rooms for? a cave? the pool is outdated, and i had to pay for an upgrade just to escape the darkness, frankly, i was ready to leave but decided to stick it out. could've been so grewt, yet it wasn't.

The hotel feels like it caters mainly to conferences and locals, creating an uncomfortable vibe for outsiders. Rooms lack windows, plunging them into darkness, and the bathrooms exhibited black mold, lending an unpleasant smell that made the overall experience less enjoyable. Air conditioning is noisy, making the room too warm at night. The pool seemed outdated and cleanliness raised concerns during my visit, with an incident involving a boy using the showers inappropriately.

The Vega Prime Hotel & Convention offered a welcoming atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet featuring delightful local cuisine, and my room was clean and comfortable, making my stay quite pleasant.

A warm welcome in Sorong

From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff greeted me with smiles. Breakfast was delightful, featuring a variety of dishes that satisfied every craving.

However, the linens were a bit worn, which affected my comfort level during the night. Additionally, the bathroom showed signs of needed upkeep.

The room had a strong mildew smell, and the carpets were quite dirty.

my stay was enhanced by the friendly staff who helped me book a taxi to explore the nearby Aimas Bird Park, which is just about 4 km away. The breakfast featured local cuisine that tasted delicious and filled me up for my daily adventures.

The staff were incredibly helpful when I needed to find a doctor and quickly drove me around to help, and I really enjoyed the tasty local breakfast each morning. The spa had relaxing massages and a nice sauna to unwind in after a long day. The only downside was that the walls in the hallways could use a fresh coat of paint. Overall, a solid place to relax! 😊

Family Friendly Retreat

The staff, they're something else, you don’t see that kind of dedication everywhere. I got to enjoy their dinner buffets, well worth it, they had great quality with lots of options, nice to unwind after a long day.

Wasn’t cheap, but acceptable for the experience I got.

Loved the quiet spot so close to the airport (just a short 3-minute ride)! Breakfast was delicious and the staff were super friendly, always going the extra mile to help. Rooms were really well maintained too.
